The former home of the Chattanooga Lookouts, above the city’s riverfront.
What comes next?
River City Company’s plan after demolition is to grade and seed the property, leaving green space until redevelopment is ready.
The broader vision includes housing, restaurants, shops, park space, parking and possibly a hotel. These are concepts. River City’s project page still describes a search for a master developer and does not list a construction start date.
